Job summary

Universal Health Services, through Prairie St. John’s, is seeking a full-time Overnight Intake Clinician to evaluate patients for the appropriate level of care at a state-of-the-art behavioral health facility.

New graduates welcome, with a $8,000 sign-on bonus and up to $3,000 annually for student loan reimbursement. Responsibilities include admissions assessments, 7 on/7 off schedule, and night shift coverage from 10:00pm to 8:00am.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or family and marriage therapy; or RN license.
• Superb documentation skills.
• Good communication and relationship skills including the ability to set boundaries, hold confidences, establish and maintain trust.

Responsibilities

• Admit and assess potential patients to determine the appropriate level of care.
• Provide overnight intake assessment on a 7-on/7-off schedule (Wed–Tue) from 10:00pm to 8:00am.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
