Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor in the Cameron, NC area to lead store teams across multiple locations. You will delegate tasks, coach team members, and partner with the General Manager to uphold performance standards.

In this role you’ll work evenings and overnight shifts with a starting pay of $19.00/hr, plus an extra $1.50/hr for night hours. The position offers strong benefits including PTO, parental leave, 401k match, stock ownership, and full medical coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask and perform physical activities (standing, bending, reaching) with occasional lifting up to 20 pounds; lifting up to 40 pounds with another person may be required.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old; Virginia law has a 21+ age requirement for certain tasks.
• Proven leadership experience in managing a team or collaborating to reach goals.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members to meet operational and customer service standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members; provide GM with performance feedback.
• Work alongside Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture aligned with Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe, compliant environment by following regulations.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as needed.
