Job summary

Sheetz is hiring a Multi-Store Supervisor to oversee operations across several stores in your district. You’ll mentor Team Members, delegate tasks, and report to the General Manager while maintaining high service and safety standards.

The role offers a competitive starting rate of $20 per hour for evening shifts, with benefits including PTO, parental leave, 401k match, stock ownership, and comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage. Travel between nearby stores is required.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of multitasking and performing physical activities
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old
• Proven experience in leading a team
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles one way (mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles)

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members while upholding operational and customer service standards
• Inspire and mentor Team Members; provide performance feedback to General Manager
• Work side by side with Team Members to ensure smooth operations
• Foster a positive store culture by upholding Sheetz Performance Standards
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory standards
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required
