Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Night Manager to lead overnight merchandising activities and ensure products are stocked and presented to meet GOLD standards.

You will guide the overnight team, coach staff, and coordinate with the Merchandising Manager to prepare the club for morning operations. The role emphasizes forklift operation, safety compliance, and maintaining inventory accuracy while delivering a premium member experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; forklift certification may be required.
• Open shift availability is required.
• Experience in wholesale/retail merchandising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight merchandising execution with the Assistant Club Manager of Merchandising.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and task execution for forklift operators and merchandising teams.
• Ensure merchandise presentation and availability across the sales floor by start of business.
• Maintain club standards and safety procedures during overnight operations.
