Silver Oaks Behavioral Hospital is seeking an Overnight Mental Health Technician (MHT) to work under the supervision of an RN, providing continuous care and positive role modeling to patients across ages. You will record vital signs, monitor patient status, and assist with discharge planning as part of a therapeutic team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred; CNA preferred; or degree in a therapeutic discipline.
• One year of related experience in psychiatric patient care preferred.
• Valid driver's license may be required; overtime and flexible hours possible.

Responsibilities

• Accurately recording vital signs.
• Exercising judgment in patient interactions and reporting changes to the RN.
• Following therapeutic interventions and contributing to care plans.
