Job summary

Shiloh House in Centennial, Colorado, is seeking a full-time frontline position delivering supportive care to youth with emotional and behavioral challenges. You will work closely with MA level Clinicians and Special Education Teachers to implement treatment plans and ensure daily routines are maintained.

Qualifications

• Must have a professional mentality.
• Must be able to pass several background checks.
• Must have a valid Colorado driver’s license or the ability to obtain one with a clean motor vehicle record.
• Due to the short length of stay for these clients, mastery of direct care skills are a must.
• A health evaluation or physical may be required prior to beginning service.

Responsibilities

• Work with MA level Clinicians and Special Education Teachers on a daily basis.
• Collaborate within the framework of the client's treatment team in the completion of instructional activities and behavior management.
• Implement treatment plans and individualized education plans as directed by the clinician and teacher.
• Provide intensive supervision, documentation, and organization.
• Utilize de-escalation and boundary setting to maintain a safe environment.
• Transport clients to and from school, activities, appointments, etc.
