Qualifications

• Strong judgment, situational awareness, and problem-solving ability.
• Experience in youth work, behavioral health, coaching, security, corrections, or similar roles is a plus.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and structure for youth in a residential setting.
• Work closely with clinicians and educators to implement treatment and behavior plans.
• Maintain firm, consistent boundaries while supporting youth through challenges.
