Taymax Group, LP, a multi-unit Planet Fitness franchisee, is seeking a Member Service Representative to join our Nashville area club. You will welcome members, answer questions, log visits, and help ensure a clean, safe, and friendly environment.

The role requires strong customer service, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and supervision duties for overnight staff. CPR certification preferred, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older; high school diploma/GED equivalent required.
• One year of customer service experience, preferably in a gym or retail environment.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite) and the ability to learn systems quickly.
• Solid supervisory, diplomacy and listening skills.
• Strong customer service and problem resolution skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests and ensure staff follows customer service guidelines.
• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional service to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in, log amenities, and sign up new members; communicate updates or events.
• Facilitate member requests and resolve issues; ensure lobby, front desk, and retail meet standards.
• Provide backup support for overnight shifts and supervise staff coverage.
