Job summary

Crescendo Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician who must be available for Sunday and Monday overnight shifts. The role focuses on direct resident care and medication assistance, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with licensing rules while supporting daily living activities.

You will review MARs, manage med inventory, handle orders and documentation, and work under a licensed nurse. The position requires English fluency and appropriate certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass health screening, TB clearance, and criminal record clearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; competent in a similar facility.
• Must possess First Aid and may need CPR, CNA certifications and state Certifications.
• Speak, read and understand English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security and accountability for medications during shift.
• Review medication administration records for errors at completion of each pass.
• Complete medication reorder processes and verify signatures with supervisor.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed (grooming, hygiene, transfer).
• Provide reminders and support for residents’ personal environment and belongings.
