Responsibilities

• Administer Medications - Safely provide medications according to physician orders and resident care plans.
• Maintain Accurate Records - Document medication administration completely and on time.
• Monitor Residents - Watch for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and report them promptly.
• Provide Compassionate Care - Assist with daily living needs while protecting residents' dignity.
