Qualifications

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Compassion, patience, and genuine interest in serving older adults.
• Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications according to the physician's orders.
• Document medication administration and maintain records.
• Observe residents for changes and report to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Build meaningful connections with residents and families.
