Responsibilities

• Disassemble, wash, sanitize, and reassemble heavy meat-processing machinery and surfaces.
• Safely mix and apply industrial caustic chemicals and sanitizers with high-pressure tools.
• Follow USDA, HACCP, and GMP protocols for compliance.
• Inspect areas and perform sanitation tests; complete logs and paperwork.
• Remove waste and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
