Job summary

Poly-America, L.P. in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Material Handler to secure and transfer finished goods and scrap, support line production, and assist with packaging as needed.

This role requires two years of related experience and successful completion of Poly-America’s forklift training program; drug screen is required. The company offers medical/dental benefits, paid vacations and holidays, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience in material handling or manufacturing.
• Must complete Poly-America’s forklift training and testing program.
• Willingness to learn Poly-America processes, equipment, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Banding and securing finished skids.
• Transporting finished skids to conveyor system.
• Assist in putting lines back in production.
• Picking up scrap after lines are put back in production.
• When necessary, acting as a packager.
• General housekeeping.
