PPG Industries, Inc. is hiring a Material Handler in Grand Prairie, TX. Starting pay is $23.03/hour with overtime potential, supporting warehouse operations to ensure timely, accurate product delivery.

You will unload, store, pick, and prep shipments, using RF scanners and Oracle WMS, while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. Applicants should have 1–2 years in a warehouse setting, basic math and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years warehouse/manufacturing experience.
• Basic reading, writing, mathematical, and communication skills.
• Experience with paint and/or hazardous materials is a plus.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work holidays and overtime.

Responsabilités

• Unload incoming trailers using hand or electric equipment.
• Store materials in proper locations and rotate stock.
• Process various orders (pallets, small packages) efficiently and accurately.
• Use computers, RF scanners, and power equipment in routine operations.
• Prepare shipping documents and input data into Oracle WMS.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, EPA, ISO and PPG policies and regulations.
• Participate in inventory, cycle counts, and audits; assist in replenishment.
• Attend safety meetings and observations; perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Assist Distribution Manager or Supervisor with duties or special projects.
