Job summary

System One in St. Louis, MO is seeking an Overnight Production Technician to operate and monitor production equipment on a 12-hour overnight shift (Sun–Tue, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM). This contract role is onsite with weekly pay and opportunities to learn new equipment and manufacturing skills.

You will perform changeovers, cleaning, basic troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and document batch records. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–5 years of manufacturing experience, basic

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–5 years in production or manufacturing.
• Experience operating production equipment preferred.
• Ability to learn safely operate machinery and material handling equipment.
• Basic computer skills and data entry familiarity.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety rules.
• Good attendance and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment and report problems.
• Perform changeovers and assist with maintenance.
• Complete production records and batch documentation.
• Follow SOPs, quality and safety requirements.
• Assist with process improvements and training.
