PLZ Corp is seeking an on-site manufacturing technician in Pacific, MO. You will perform quality checks, monitor lines, and ensure proper component use and fill weights.

Qualifications

• Perform quality checks using gauges and record results.
• Monitor and operate production machinery for safe, efficient output.
• Complete production paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain 5S clean and safe work area according to SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Continually perform quality checks utilizing gauges and report results as required.
• Complete valve placement and assist in production pace.
• Monitor machinery and hoppers for safe, quality, efficient production.
• Assist in changeovers of the filling area.
• Complete production paperwork accurately and timely for communication.
• Ensure cans receive correct fill weights within tolerances.
• Verify correct components are used in production.
• Perform daily maintenance tasks on fill area equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace per 5S SOPs.
• Verify component codes against work orders.
• Ensure components last until next break or end of run.
• Prepare area for new production by removing incorrect components.
• Request components from material handlers as needed.
• Keep Domer and Tipper full and operating properly.
• Operate lines at maximum performance with maintained quality.
