Job summary

You will schedule work, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the plant. Responsibilities include supervising personnel, guiding daily operations, and collaborating with leaders to optimize resources.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide for safety and security of employees and company property and ensure OSHA-compliant operations.
• Plan labor assignments and schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation and data entries.
• Coach and instruct the technical team, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
• Supervise personnel in training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions per policy.
• Collaborate with plant leaders to balance workflow and resources.
• Maintain product quality and ensure manufacturing adheres to standards.
• Identify and implement cost-reduction and waste-elimination measures.
• Attend daily operating reviews and address performance challenges.
• Escalate daily challenges as needed to Leaders/Managers.
• Communicate production changes with on-shift counterparts for alignment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
