Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; over 12 months general manufacturing experience, at least 1 month with Quickie.
• Ability to lead 2-10 people and supervise line workers.

• Good judgment in planning set-ups and operations.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and direct line personnel in assembly and packaging operations.
• Oversee workstations setup and verify required materials and product labels.
• Control product use, rejections and finished goods for a work center.
• Monitor counts and maintain production records.
• Guide line operatives to improve quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, policies and procedures.
