Job summary

The Quail Lodge & Golf Club in Carmel Valley, California, is seeking a Night Manager on a part-time basis to support our Rooms department. This prestigious hotel offers a strong operation with opportunities to learn and grow, along with exceptional medical benefits and employee discounts on lodge, golf, and dining services.

Key duties include overseeing desk operations, assisting guests with check-in/check-out, conducting night audits, and providing accurate room rates and hotel services.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality or related field, along with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Must be able to work overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Front office hotel management/supervisor experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form.

Responsibilities

• Maintain order in lobby and facilitate the safety of guests and staff.
• Assist guests with all aspects of desk service, check-in and/or check-out.
• Perform all night audit procedures as set forth by the Accounting Department.
• Answer telephones and accurately provide room rates, packages, and various hotel services offered
