Job summary

Anheuser-Busch is seeking an Overnight Maintenance Technician in Lexington, VA. You will support brewing, packaging, quality, and logistics, working with production teams to improve equipment reliability in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead or join projects, perform troubleshooting, and ensure safety and SOP adherence while driving plant goals and continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• 3 years industrial mechanical/electrical experience or 2-year technical degree preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and interpret instrumentation layouts.
• Familiarity with boilers, chillers, compressors and bulk CO2 systems.

Responsibilities

• Work solo or in teams to complete maintenance work orders across operations.
• Repair and maintain equipment; disassemble/reassemble machinery and replace parts.
• Perform electrical work up to 480VAC 3PH.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and variable frequency drives.
• Work on electrical control systems and mechanical components.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety / 5S requirements.
• Utilize CMMS for documenting issues and parts usage.
• Support process improvements and continuous improvement projects.
