Job summary

Anheuser-Busch Fort Collins is seeking a Weekend Industrial Maintenance Technician (Mechanical) to support our high-speed manufacturing lines. This role operates on weekend shifts with overnight and day options, performing mechanical/electrical maintenance, troubleshooting PLCs, and maintaining 480-volt systems to keep equipment reliable and downtime minimal.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two-year industrial/mechanical/electrical experience or two-year technical degree preferred.
• Experience with process controls, instrumentation, and calibration preferred.
• Knowledge of Servos and related controllers including hydraulic and pneumatic, temperature controls.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and interpret diagrams.
• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team or autonomously to complete work orders in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Maintain machinery and meet maintenance requirements for 480-volt, 3-phase systems; minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot, repair, disassemble/reassemble equipment, overhaul gearboxes, replace bearings and bushings.
• Troubleshoot & maintain PLCs and variable speed drive controlled equipment.
• Perform mechanical work: bearing/chain/motor/gearbox replacements, hydraulics, lubrication routes.
• Interpret schematics and equipment manuals; adhere to SOPs and safety rules.
• Utilize SAP for maintenance documentation and parts lookup; participate in continuous improvement.
