Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on maintenance experience or thorough training.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with PLC systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and facility issues.
• Diagnose problems and replace motors, conveyors, and components as needed.
• Work with PLC systems to optimize equipment and processes.
• Perform electrical wiring, plumbing, welding, and fabrication as required.
• Document repairs and complete maintenance work orders.
• Identify potential equipment problems before production interruptions.
• Source parts and materials for maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain tools and work areas; assist with facility projects.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors as needed; follow safety procedures.
