Job summary

Menasha Corporation is hiring a Machine Operator for the overnight shift. You will set up, operate, monitor, and adjust Flexo Folder Gluer, Rotary Press, or Corrugator equipment to maintain safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Previous machine operation experience and strong mechanical skills are required.

The role involves changing setups, ensuring product quality, and working with the production team in a fast-paced environment. Shift: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM; Pay: $29.00–$34.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Flexo Folder Gluers, Rotary Presses, Corrugators, or similar production equipment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

About The Opportunity

The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and adjusting Flexo Folder Gluer, Rotary Press, or Corrugator Double Backer equipment to maintain safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Ideal candidates have previous machine operating experience, strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, attention to quality, and the ability to perform equipment setups, adjustments, and changeovers.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $29.00–$34.00 per hour

Shift: Overnight

Hours: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM 12-hour shifts

What You’ll Do

• As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for safely and efficiently operating production equipment while maintaining quality and meeting production expectations.

• Experience operating Flexo Folder Gluers, Rotary Presses, Corrugators, or similar production equipment preferred.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, squat, reach, push, pull, and twist.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely push or pull heavier materials using appropriate equipment or team assistance.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements.
