Job summary

Menasha Corporation is hiring a Post Folder Gluer Operator for the D shift (6PM–6AM) in Wisconsin. You will set up the machine for proper fold and glue, inspect quality, and guide cartons through the bundler. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy and teamwork.

Training pay starts at 31.37/hr; qualified pay is 33.73/hr. You will rotate positions as needed and maintain a clean, efficient work area while meeting customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Machine operating and setup experience required.
• Ability to perform basic functional mathematics.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.
• Flexibility to bend, squat, push or reach overhead as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine at efficiency standard levels set by Menasha.
• Set up machine for proper fold and glue.
• Check product quality and correct register.
• Monitor incoming stock and post-die-cut products to meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean work area and safe work practices.
• Repair or assist in machine maintenance as necessary.
• Direct crew members and rotate positions as needed.
• Check finished product against customer specifications.
• Support continuous quality improvements and follow management directions.

About The Opportunity

The Post Folder Gluer Operator is responsible for gathering stacks of joined cartons, inspecting them for quality and guiding them through the bundler. The person in this position also sets up the machine for proper fold and joining of die cut blanks.
