Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved nursing program with a current licensure.
• CPR/First Aid certifications required; CPI and Serv Safe within 90 days as applicable.
• Experience in behavioral health or substance use care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in a behavioral health setting.
• Collect data, perform vital signs, and assist with assessments.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document responses.
• Maintain MAR and ensure accurate medication reconciliation.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team.
• Document incidents and ensure compliance with regulations.
