Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in the state of Texas.
• IV Certification or willingness to obtain IV certification.
• Immunization certification or willingness to become immunization certified.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate entry of orders.
• Maintain security of the pharmacy.
• Adhere to delivery schedules and check accuracy of orders.
• Verify orders entered by technicians for accuracy.
• Prepare and supervise sterile IV drug products if required.
• Maintain perpetual inventory for controlled substances.
• Follow state and federal regulations including HIPAA.
