Job summary

Monroe Village, a Springpoint Senior Living Community in Monroe, NJ, is seeking an experienced LPN Supervisor to oversee the overnight shift and supervise CNAs. The role provides direct nursing care while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

The position offers part-time hours (11 PM–7 AM) with pay range $34.75–$37.75 per hour and a benefits package including STO, 401(k) matching, and voluntary benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current and valid NJ LPN license
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise CNAs/CHHAs
• Administer medications and treatments to residents
• Assist with physician rounds
• Make nursing rounds and report concerns to the Director of Clinical Services
• Notify physician of changes in residents' condition
• Respond to emergency calls across the community
• Ensure resident privacy, confidentiality and dignity in all care
• Complete nursing notes and required documentation on time
