Job summary

Avantara St. Cloud is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our memory care team for over-nights on a full-time or part-time basis. Shifts are 12 hours, offering a 3-day work week and generous work-life balance.

The role focuses on medication administration, resident assessments, teamwork leadership, and advocacy to ensure residents receive the high standard of care per each care plan. We welcome dedicated LPNs to contribute to a caring, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered LPN license required; SD license preferred for local eligibility.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility settings is preferred.

Eligibility:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of South Dakota Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN license. Prior Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN experience is preferable in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN or Registered Nurse, RN you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara St. Cloud by ensuring residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
