Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC is seeking a dedicated nurse to provide compassionate personal care and medication support for our residents in an on-site setting. You will engage residents, monitor wellbeing, and document changes to care plans, partnering with the Health Services Director to ensure accurate assessments.

The role requires a state nursing license (RN or LPN/LVN) and at least one year of prior experience in elder care or related settings.

Qualifications

Graduate of a state approved school of nursing.
Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).
Minimum of one year of experience in assisted living, hospice, home health, acute or long-term care environment.

Responsibilities

Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship.
Administer or assist with medication for residents according to the Resident Care Plan.
Engage residents while checking on their wellbeing and communicate changes in condition or Care Plan.
Inspire your team and collaborate with the Health Services Director in assessing and documenting resident assessments at state or Brightview specified intervals.
