Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a compassionate LPN/RN to provide high-quality clinical care to residents in a vibrant senior living community. You will deliver medications and treatments, complete assessments, document care, and collaborate with physicians and care teams to support independent living, assisted living, and memory care residents.

You will educate residents and families, help coordinate care plans, and promote safety, dignity, and engagement every day.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed LPN or RN in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or senior living settings preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Complete nursing assessments and document care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to coordinate resident care.
• Educate residents and families on care and disease management.
