Job summary

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a licensed nurse to provide warm personal care, administer medications, and support residents in an assisted living setting. The role emphasizes teamwork with the Health Services Director to monitor wellbeing and document care plans.

Eligible candidates hold a state-approved nursing program and an active RN or LPN license, with at least one year of relevant care experience, in a community that values compassionate, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved school of nursing.
• Current state license as a Registered or Practical/Vocational Nurse.
• Minimum of one year of experience in assisted living, hospice, home health, acute or long-term care environment.
• Positive attitude and love working with people.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship.
• Administer or assist with medication for residents according to the Resident Care Plan.
• Engage residents while checking on their wellbeing and communicate changes in condition or Care Plan.
• Inspire your team and collaborate with the Health Services Director in assessing and documenting resident assessments at state or Brightview specified intervals.
