Qualifications

• LPN license in Ohio in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ohio requirements for medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans and physician orders.
• Safely administer medications and treatments and monitor responses.
• Complete accurate documentation in electronic health records.
• Assess changes in resident condition and coordinate follow-up care.
• Supervise STNAs and support care team.
• Ensure compliance with policies and state/federal regulations.
