Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board.
• Must have supervised clinical experience or 400 hours experience as LPN.
• Must complete annual continuing education units (CEU) and department-specific training.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long-term care.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and care-related outcomes.
