Qualifications

• Must hold an LPN license in PA.
• Experience documenting and entering data in an EHR.
• Experience with alcohol or substance use treatment preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service and staff interaction.
• Ability to assess needs and provide nursing care to detoxifying individuals.
• Ability to screen for toxicity, intoxication, and withdrawal symptoms.
• Maintain resident confidentiality.
• Commitment to continuing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinical team with Admissions.
• Administer medications, treatments per policies.
• Carry out a plan of care and medication orders from Physicians/Nurse Practitioners.
• Educate clients on medications and observe side effects.
• Monitor withdrawal symptoms.
• Maintain electronic health records (EHR).
• Provide crisis management for intoxicated clients.
• Promote BriteLife Recovery to clients and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of residents.
• Ensure quality of care per DDAP standards and facility standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to resolve resident issues.
