Job summary

Spring Hill Recovery Center, part of Northeast Recovery, is seeking an LPN for overnight shifts in Ashby, MA. The role provides direct nursing care to clients in a residential program, with emphasis on medication administration and safety.

Qualifications

• LPN license required in Massachusetts and CPR certification.
• Experience with addiction or recovery settings preferred.
• Knowledge of confidentiality and patient rights, ethics, and non-discrimination rules.
• Strong communication, observation, and written documentation skills.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds and stand/move during long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to clients in our residential treatment program.
• Prepares and monitors medications and treatments.
• Documents medications and dosages in KIPU EMR.
• Observes and evaluates clients and takes action as needed.
• Coordinates nursing care with Medical/Clinical team.
• Contributes to recovery plan through daily assessments and documentation.
