Country Villa Wellness & Rehabilitation is hiring an overnight Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. If you're calm under pressure, clinically strong, and enjoy night shift work, we want to speak with you right away.

Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Walk‑in interviews welcome at 850 Country Manor Ln, Creve Coeur, MO 63141. We offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus, a supportive team environment, organized handoffs, stable leadership, and a respectful workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in Missouri.
• Night shift availability required (7pm–7am).
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee resident care during night shift.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor residents and report condition changes.
• Complete charting and incident documentation.
• Supervise nursing staff as assigned.
• Communicate with physicians and care team.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality care standards.
