Aspire Health and Community Services is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Community Crisis Stabilization team in Quincy, MA. This 16-hour part-time role supports a 24-hour crisis stabilization program, providing skilled nursing care as a non-hospital alternative.

Responsibilities include medication administration, health monitoring, wellness activities, WRAP and safety planning, and required documentation.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma/Associate/Bachelor).
  • LPN license required by MA Board of Registration.
  • Ability to work independently with sound clinical judgment and compassionate care.
  • One year of acute mental health/co-occurring disorders experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with recovery-oriented treatment for severe mental illness preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and document clients' self-administration of medications with safe practices.
  • Monitor clients' physical health needs and coordinate acute medical care with staff as needed.
  • Facilitate health and wellness groups and activities that promote recovery and well-being.
  • Deliver strength-based, solution-focused nursing interventions and support WRAP and safety plans.
  • Complete clinical documentation and participate in required trainings to support high-quality care.

We are seeking an experienced LicensedPracticalNurse (LPN) to join our Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) team. In this role,you'll provide specialized nursing care to adults in a 24-hour crisis stabilization program that serves as a medically necessary, voluntary, and less restrictive alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization.

Our CCS program features a newly renovated 10 bed unit where individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis receive short-term stabilization and support. Typical stays range from 3 to 5 days but are flexible based oneach individual'sneeds.

Part-Time | 16 Hours

Hours:

  • Friday & Saturday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

LPN shift differentials for the Stabilization Unit position are:

  • 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM (Sat & Sun only) = Base + $1.00
  • 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (ANY day of the week) = Base + $2.00
  • 3:00 PM - 11 PM (Monday through Friday) = Base + $1.00

What You Will Do:

What You Will Bring:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Diploma/Associates/orBachelor'sdegree)
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) must be licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound clinical judgment, and provide compassionate, high-quality care
  • One year of experience in an acute mental health and/or co-occurring disorders setting preferred
  • Familiarity with recovery orientedtreatment approaches for individuals with severe mental illness preferred

By joining Aspire Health and Community Services, you will make a direct impact supporting adults during times of behavioral health crisis, collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team in a newly renovated crisis stabilization program, and help individuals achieve stability and recovery in a compassionate, community-based setting.

Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.

Salary Range

$31.35 - $36.06 USD
