Job summary

Aspire Health and Community Services in Massachusetts is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time 16-hour position with alternating weekends. The role supports a crisis stabilization program, requiring compassionate, patient-centered nursing care and adherence to recovery-oriented treatment approaches.

Responsibilities include medication administration monitoring, coordination of acute medical care, wellness activities, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Diploma/Associates/or Bachelor’s degree).
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) must be licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound clinical judgment, and provide compassionate, high-quality care
• One year of experience in an acute mental health and/or co-occurring disorders setting preferred
• Familiarity with recovery oriented treatment approaches for individuals with severe mental illness preferred

• Monitor clients' physical health needs and coordinate acute medical care with direct care staff as needed.
• Facilitate health and wellness groups and activities that promote recovery and overall well-being.
• Deliver strength based, solution focused nursing interventions and support individuals in developing Wellness Recovery Action Plans (WRAP) and safety plans.
• Complete assigned clinical documentation and participate in required trainings to support high quality care.

• Friday & Saturday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

LPN Shift Differentials For The Stabilization Unit Position Are

• 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Sat & Sun only) = Base + $1.00
• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (ANY day of the week) = Base + $2.00
• 3:00 PM - 11 PM (Monday through Friday) = Base + $1.00

What You Will Do

By joining Aspire Health and Community Services, you will make a direct impact supporting adults during times of behavioral health crisis, collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team in a newly renovated crisis stabilization program, and help individuals achieve stability and recovery in a compassionate, community-based setting.

Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.

Salary Range

$31.35 - $36.06 USD
