The role focuses on delivering courteous, client-focused service while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Ideal candidates have overnight concierge, lobby, front desk, or security experience and are capable of interacting with clients, tenants, visitors, and food service personnel while upholding professional standards.

Qualifications

• Overnight concierge, lobby, front desk, or security experience preferred.
• Access control experience preferred.
• Strong situational awareness and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and food service personnel.
• Monitor the lobby desk during the overnight shift.
• Assist with access control procedures and monitor property access.
• Maintain awareness of lobby activity and surrounding areas.
• Identify and report safety, security, or access concerns.
• Prepare and maintain daily activity and incident reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients, tenants, visitors, and building personnel.
• Follow post orders and client procedures.
