Job summary

Misfits Market is seeking a warehouse associate to load grocery products onto delivery trucks and secure loads for efficient transport. You will also unload returns, palletize materials, and maintain orderly workspaces in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have forklift certification, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with overtime and weekend shifts possible to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Forklift certified and able to operate stand-up, cherry picker, and rider jack safely.
• Strong verbal communication skills to coordinate with team and supervisors.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and stand/squat for long periods.
• Experience in warehouse operations or similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load grocery products onto delivery trucks according to loading schedules and routes.
• Secure load and unload return items from trailer.
• Clean and organize materials for production such as palletizing.
• Organize and process recyclable materials.
• Maintain accurate records of outgoing shipments and communicate with warehouse supervisors.
