The selected LNA will provide ADL assistance, monitor residents, document care, and collaborate with nurses. A NH LNA license is required. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered to qualifying candidates.

Qualifications

• Current New Hampshire LNA license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Dependable, patient-focused, and able to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living overnight.
• Provide compassionate overnight care and monitor condition changes.
• Document care accurately and report to licensed nurse.
• Maintain safety, privacy, and infection control.
