Job summary

The SYGMA Network in Belleville, IL is seeking a professional tractor-trailer driver to safely transport products from our warehouse to customer locations in accordance with invoices and company standards.

You will handle DOT log requirements, maintain food safety protocols, and communicate effectively with customers and management. A valid Class A CDL and insurability are required, with high school diploma or GED and driving experience preferred. Overnight and weekend work is possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, plus 1 year tractor-trailer driving experience preferred.
• Completion of a tractor-trailer driving school will be accepted instead of, or in addition to a high school diploma.
• Valid Class A CDL and insurability to operate a vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports product from warehouse to customer location and ensures timely delivery.
• Completes paperwork per DOT guidelines and company procedures.
• Maintains food safety protocols and proper temperatures during delivery.
• Follow methods and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Maintain and safely operate assigned equipment and communicate with customers.
