Job summary

Taco Tek Mexican Grill is hiring overnight kitchen staff for the 10PM-5AM shift in a busy fast-casual environment. You will grill meats, prep ingredients, stock the line, and maintain cleanliness and food-safety standards.

Ideal candidates have kitchen experience or willingness to learn; reliability and punctuality are essential. This part-time role offers paid training and a path to leadership, plus free meals during shifts.

Qualifications

• Availability for overnight shifts, weekends included.
• Reliable and on time.
• 18 or older.
• Kitchen experience a plus, but we'll train you.
• Spanish a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Grill meats and cook fresh ingredients.
• Prep, stock, and keep the line ready.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Follow food safety and portioning standards.
• Assist with closing duties and other kitchen tasks as needed.
