Job summary

SpecialtyRx, Inc. in Pensacola, FL is seeking a licensed Florida Pharmacy Technician to join our long-term care pharmacy team. You will support ongoing pharmacy operations, restock, package, and ship medications, and help ensure compliance with quality controls and policies.

Responsibilities include assisting under supervision, handling medication stock, and communicating effectively with team members to support patient care. Strong data entry and organizational skills are a must.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Licensed FL Pharmacy Technician required.
• Previous pharmacy experience preferred.
• Previous data entry experience preferred.
• Must be reliable and execute multiple tasks assigned.
• Good organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Ability to physically perform light lifting.

• Experience working Controlled Drugs (Narcotics) room a plus.
• Maintains floor stock, restocking, removal of expired medications.
• Rotate stock of medication areas to assure quality controls.
• Prepack for floor bulk prescribed medications.
• Package fill and ship medications.
• Responsible for pharmacy standards, maintained and adherence policies.
• Team player and collaborate with others to support the goals of the pharmacy.
• Complete any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Shift

• 9:00pm-5:30am with rotating weekends and holidays.
• 7:00pm-3:30am with rotating weekends and holidays.
