Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Lab Assistant (Prep Lab Assistant) in Tampa, FL, working Tuesday to Saturday, from 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM. The role provides wide-ranging support for the assigned lab department and offers competitive pay with shift differentials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience working in a lab or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Picks up samples from accessioning and sorts samples into racks.
• Answers phone and directs calls appropriately.
• Unpacks and stores reagents and supplies.
• Inventories and orders warehouse items.
• Maintains work area in clean, organized condition.
