Aman is seeking an Overnight Steward to maintain a clean, organized kitchen overnight and support guest needs at our luxury property near Roswell, GA.

You will assist with light food preparation, ensure spaces are ready for the next day’s service, and collaborate with a small overnight team to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. The role requires attention to detail, independence overnight, and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or stewarding experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods.
• Basic culinary knowledge is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, dishware, and workspaces.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machinery and cleaning systems.
• Complete deep cleaning tasks and follow nightly schedules.
• Prepare overnight staff meals and assist with light guest food requests.
• Maintain organized storage areas and proper chemical handling.
• Ensure kitchen areas reset for the morning team.
• Support overnight operations and communicate with team members.
• Remove waste and maintain a safe, hygienic environment.

The Role

As an Overnight Steward, you will play a vital behind-the-scenes role in maintaining a clean, organized, and fully operational kitchen. You will support overnight guest needs, assist with light food preparation, and ensure that all spaces are ready for the next day’s service.
