Job Description

To sanitize all kitchen areas and equipment, ensuring the proper cleanliness of all food preparation and service areas.

Responsibilities

1. Transport soiled dishware, china, glassware, etc., from specified areas to the dish machines.
2. Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, china, utensils, glassware, etc.
3. Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment.
4. Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen area, floors, walls, etc.
5. Completes other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Experience working with chemicals.
3. Ability to work independently.
