Become an Aircraft Cleaning Supervisor

The Aircraft Cleaning Supervisor oversees aircraft interior sanitation, manages a team of cleaners, ensures quality standards, manages inventory, and coordinates with airline and airport staff.

What It's Like to Work as an Aircraft Cleaning Supervisor

• Manage and train cleaning staff
• Inspect aircraft for cleanliness and safety compliance
• Manage supplies and develop cleaning schedules
• Coordinate with airline and airport personnel
• Handle lost and found items
• Provide team feedback and evaluations
• Respond to emergency cleaning needs
• Perform cleaning alongside team members
• Maintain activity records
• Lead and guide the team to exceed safety and service standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Legal to work in the U.S.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Able to use electronic devices (IPads, tablets, computers, mobile devices)
• Pass background check and drug screening
• Eligible for necessary credentials (FAA, TSA, etc.)
• Flexible to work any day or shift, including holidays

Physical Activity and Working Conditions

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Prolonged standing and walking
• Ability to push, pull, reach, grasp, bend, stretch, squat, kneel, crawl, and crouch
• Exposure to biohazards, chemicals, and noise
