Job summary

Giddings Hawkins, a Liquid Environmental Solutions Company, is hiring Industrial Cleaning Technicians for overnight field work in the New Berlin/Milwaukee area. This hands-on role cleans and maintains commercial kitchen exhaust systems and industrial equipment, with work commonly performed overnight and on rooftops.

Three levels are available (Level I–III) based on experience. Level II offers $26.00–$28.00/hr; Level III offers $28.00+ per hour with leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
• Ability to work at heights and on rooftops
• Comfortable with overnight and weekend shifts
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background screening
• Strong reliability and attendance
• Level II and III require insurable driving record and DOT Medical Card

Responsibilities

• Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems (hoods, ducts, fans, vents)
• Operate pressure washers and industrial cleaning equipment
• Access rooftops, ladders, and elevated areas safely
• Remove grease buildup using approved tools and methods
• Travel locally to customer sites in company vehicles
• Work overnight shifts and extended hours as required
• Follow all safety and compliance standards (including NFPA 96)
• Drive company vehicles (Level II/III)
• Lead small crews (Level III)
• Complete job documentation and inspection reports (Level II/III)
• Train and mentor junior technicians (Level II/III)
• Ensure regulatory and safety compliance onsite (Level II/III)
• Supervise crews and jobsite execution (Level III)
