Job summary

Target is hiring in Ann Arbor, MI for an Inbound Expert to help ensure GM products are available, correctly priced, and signed on the sales floor. You will sort, stock, and maintain product availability while supporting guest services and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and ability to support a guest-first culture.
• Experience in retail business fundamentals including department sales trends and inventory management.
• Experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on the salesfloor for GM categories.
• Operate powered equipment as necessary while unloading freight or moving merchandise.
• Process defective merchandise and handle ESIM items in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
• Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with safety policies and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up and Drive up while complying with laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
• When guests need assistance, engage with guests to help solve their needs.
• Thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target.
